How to schedule bulk product updates for specific times

Most stores have to manually execute weekly sales and drops at midnight because standard tools lack time-based scheduling. Other apps that do offer scheduling force the exact same change across every single item, preventing store owners from applying tailored bulk edits to different products at once.
