Fog light adjustment screw is stuck and won't tighten
The screw is likely seized or "rust welded" in place, preventing you from adjusting a light that is pointing higher than the other. Even if the bolt can still be loosened, penetrating fluids like PB Blaster often fail to break it free for further tightening. Forcing the stuck screw risks snapping it completely.

“Context my cars been in multiple crashes but the latest screwed my rear upper control arm, I replaced it and finally after like a month or so got an alignment and was wondering how bad this is? They said it was seized which I believe because when replacing that rear upper control arm snapped multiple bolts and replaced them just to fix it.”source ↗
