Why is my AC only blowing out the defroster?
The air conditioning system stops flipping through different modes and gets stuck blowing exclusively out of the defroster vents instead of the driver-facing vents. Even moving the actuator linkage pin manually fails to restore airflow or change the vent settings.
What people tried
Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.
- 1moving the linkage pin manually
- 2Check your fuses.
