Why am I spending all day answering the same customer messages?
Most business message volume consists of repetitive inquiries about store hours, stock levels, and delivery tracking that owners have to answer manually. This consumes a massive portion of the day and forces owners to constantly try and remember what they already told each customer, preventing them from handing off the routine work.
What people tried
Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.
- 1Answering messages manually by themselves
- 2Delegating responses to an employee
- 3Using existing free chat tools or custom apps like BeamCart
- 4Putting information on invitations, in WhatsApp groups, and sharing hotel details beforehand
