Admin forcing teachers to use new instructional strategies
School administrators require teachers to read specific books and center all classroom initiatives on a single guru's strategies, such as using learning intentions and success criteria. This forces teachers to constantly explain lesson objectives to students from beginning to end. Ultimately, it turns basic teaching common sense into an enormous waste of time.
