How to block Instagram Reels and explore without blocking messages
Existing parental controls only offer an all-or-nothing choice between complete bans or daily time limits, which fails when teens need the app's messaging features to stay connected with friends. This forces parents to choose between completely excluding their child from social life or handing over access to an endless stream of addictive algorithmic content.
