How much spending money do I need for a trip?

Travelers cannot calculate how much daily cash they will need for a specific destination, even after their flights and hotels are paid for. This uncertainty stops them from knowing if their saved funds are sufficient, forcing them to ask others to recommend an amount or validate their budget for the weeks they are away.
