Why are teachers getting written up for using the restroom?
Strict school rules and rigid schedules often leave teachers unable to use the restroom during the workday, sometimes forcing them to wait an entire eight-hour shift. This constant denial of basic bathroom breaks leads to severe medical issues like UTIs and forces teachers to risk disciplinary action or write-ups just to step away briefly.
