When should you stop following up on a quote?
A fixed follow-up limit fails because a quote waiting on budget approval requires different handling than someone simply comparing prices. However, continuing to follow up indefinitely on buyers with no decision date takes valuable time away from new inquiries. If you stop tracking them entirely, you will just forget about them and wonder why jobs went quiet.
