How to stop back sweating while dancing at my wedding

Heavy back sweating during movement and high humidity makes it difficult to stay dry when hugging guests or dancing. Finding a strong one-day antiperspirant solution prevents clothes from becoming soaked during outdoor summer events.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
Using sweat block wipes the night before
  2. 2
Placing a personal or bladeless fan near the dance floor or sweetheart table
  3. 3
Obtaining a prescription for Glycopyrrolate pills from a doctor
  4. 4
Providing hand fans, shade umbrellas, mister fans, and a tent
  5. 5
Moving the reception indoors with AC
  6. 6
Scheduling the event as an evening wedding for cooler temperatures
  7. 7
Using standing fans around the edges for extra airflow

Temps are one thing, but Georgia in June is so humid it’s like you’re walking through soup even if it’s in the high 70s.source ↗
