Windows 10 error adding Windows 11 network printers
Legacy Windows 10 computers frequently encounter error 0x00000006 or access denied messages when trying to add or remove shared network printers hosted on Windows 11 systems. Group Policy deployed printers further block administrative removal tools, requiring direct user-level permissions instead. This prevents users and administrators from successfully installing network printers and clearing out blocked print queues.
