Said It Here

Why hasn't my online order shipped yet?

Uncommunicative sellers and confusing tracking histories leave buyers stranded without updates on delayed packages. This forces customers to navigate repetitive support systems and guess whether their order will actually arrive.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
messaging the seller to ask for shipping updates or processing timelines
  2. 2
checking the official listed processing and shipping methods section
  3. 3
opening a case with customer support when orders are significantly delayed or unresponsive
  4. 4
Contacting the seller repeatedly for updates
  5. 5
Fulfilling formal help request steps on the platform to eventually open a case for a refund

I agree it’s a long time. I’d be annoyed.source ↗

Order not received and strange tracking history. What should I do?source ↗

None of this adds up to me. If the customs duty was never paid, how could there have been delivery attempts and address confirmation requests?source ↗

Apparently my previous messages don't count as an official "help with order" request, so I'd basically have to write again what I already wrote, which seems awkwardly repetitive and escalatory.source ↗

I don’t think you’re being impatient. If for some reason shipping is taking awhile, I feel like the seller should at least let you know. I think it’s somewhat unprofessional to not update the buyer. 🤷🏼‍♀️source ↗

Well, certainly if it hasn't shipped by that date, I would be annoyed.source ↗

I placed an order on the 28th. Over this weekend (which was a 3 day holiday weekend in the US) I saw that it hadn't shipped yetsource ↗
