How to get an alert when an event clears

Default notification templates are often locked to "on event" statuses and will not trigger for an "event cleared" status. This forces you to log into the platform and manually check the dashboard all day to verify resolutions. To get clearance notifications, you have to rebuild the templates as custom alerts.
